Paul,

The primary design of a telescopic conversion such as the Frontline version is to remove the leaver arm. Personally I don’t know of a design that incorporates the two and creating "double dampening".

1 Frontline are extortionately expensive !

2 Their kit isn't suitable for the Mk2. This has the steering on one side and the anti-roll bar on the other.........meaning the telescopic shocker has nowhere to go. OK on the Mk1, as there's no anti-roll bar. I believe for the Mk1 it would be a straight bolt on job as per the MG Midget. They thought they could do a version for the Mk2, but they couldn't.........the knowalls hadn't thought it through.
