As a fairly inexperienced 20-yr in 1968, listening to her song (soon to be banned by the BBC) gave me a tantalising glimpse into a different world. Sadly, it remained only a glimpse despite my subsequent best efforts . . .

Ah, ahem, I refuse to answer that question until my solicitor is present.

But c'mon, Je t'aime - its theme, its lyrics, its, um, sound effects at the end - were (and arguably still are) unique in the world of music. Unique, I tells ya.
