The club had a really great weekend at the show. We welcomed lots of guests to the stand, chatted, sold some regalia, and signed up a few members. The whole team worked really hard, it was tiring, but great fun (well, apart from the bit on the M6 last night when I didn't move for 45 mins for no discernible reason when we finally got going). Everyone had an A40 tale to tell, all happy memories, and certainly made me think to redouble efforts to keep the few survivors of this great little motor alive! Certainly be back to the show next year!

Oh yeah…….
AND we met Pat Moss’ daughter Susie
. Film/documentary type thing being made about her mum. They knew a Big Healey Pat had driven was there, but were then told that XOE 778 was actually there at the show too, which they knew not. Susie was totally “made up”….. And such a lovely lovely lady. Zoey wasn’t filmed, not being known it was there. Something will be included in the film, likely with owner Bill included. And our club too…..

A fantastic weekend for the Club Stand.
Lots of interest in XOE, as well as the other 2 great cars we had on display.
A great big "Thank you" to everyone who came to visit and say "hello" and to those who bought some of our Regalia too. It is very much appreciated

It was great to visit the A40 stand on saturday, The three examples on show was a pleasure to see, and the magazine binders purchased tidied up what mags i had.
Well done to all involved at the show, Hope we have a few new members to the club.

We had 6 new members join. Not bad as we were perhaps a bit out of the way this time in hall 5. Often quiet ish out front.
