Post by Mike Hodgson » 04 Apr 2020 13:59

Had a long brisk walk this morning mostly flat with some gradients.Did not see a soul the whole time.Hardly surprising as we have a Pro.
treadmill in our summer house.Bought it out of a gym that was closing down a couple of years ago ,very useful in these present times

Hardly surprising then! That sure was a good buy- very handy at this time!
I never thought we would live through somthing like this where we would be unable to go out and see friends and
take part in car shows. ect. All we can do is that this nightmare ends soon and without too many more deaths.
When all this is over I will come over to yours.
Stay safe Mike and keep well.
