Sump heater for those who like to live dangerously??

Externally located antifreeze

It is a radiator lamp or as Monty says external antifreeze definitely not sump heater(far too tall) .Method of use ,blanket or similar externally over rad cowling, rad lamp hung off convenient point between rad. and engine block and as close to rad. as possible .
Re sump heater ,my father used one back in the 50s under his Vauxhall 14 with no problems.
