The following email has been received at A40 Farina Club Towers - am sharing it to spread the net to see if there are any classic car enthusiasts out there who may be interested in it's contents and ask. You may recall that Shed and Buried - Classic Cars featured a Mk2 A40 Farina in Series 3. I don't think this is necessarily a call out for another A40, but for anyone with a varied classic car collection.

"Good afternoon,

I'm Helen and I work at HCA Entertainment, the production company behind television shows including Shed and Buried and Shed and Buried: Classic Cars. I'm sure we've probably been in touch before, but we’re currently filming Series 4 of Shed and Buried: Classic Cars and I was hoping you might be willing to share this with your club members, as we’re looking to meet more passionate classic car collectors around the UK.

The idea of the show is simple and great fun: our presenters Henry Cole and Fuzz Townsend travel the country visiting interesting collections, searching out a classic car to buy. They then take it away, give it a bit of TLC, and sell it on. It’s a friendly, relaxed shoot and a great chance for enthusiasts to show off their collections and talk about the cars they love.

For the new series, we’re particularly keen to hear from owners with larger collections of pre-1985 classic cars.
Ideally we’re looking for people who have:

- Collections of 8+ vehicles (the more variety the better – we love everything from everyday classics to the more unusual finds)
- At least 3 vehicles they’d be open to selling, under 10,000 that might benefit from a little work (minor electrical issues, brakes, suspension, interior tidy-ups, etc.)
- Availability between now and the end of May

We know many collectors have cars they’ve been meaning to move on, and this can be a great opportunity to do that while also getting to meet the lads and cross 'being on telly' off the bucket list.

To put someone forward initially, we just need:
- A list of cars they’d potentially be willing to sell, with rough prices
- A few photos of the collection

If chosen to take part, filming is very straightforward. Henry and Fuzz would visit for a few hours on a weekday afternoon, accompanied by a small crew of around 4–5 people. We’re very respectful of private locations and always take care to protect owners’ properties and vehicles, with a lock tight anti-theft privacy policy regarding filming.

If any of your members might be interested, we’d absolutely love to hear from them. Please feel free to pass on my contact details:
