Good luck for the 16th. Sadly it will be too late for a report to appear in March's FN but rest assured it will appear (along with any other stuff from you!) in June's issue.

And the weather today (16th) is truly dreadful. I hope you all returned home safely and dry.

Another good gathering on 16th. A break in the severe weather from Storm Dennis was enough for many to overcome floods and mayhem and meet at Thirsk. Our youngest member Mathew (age 14) and his father Alan came along bringing photos of his barn find project A40 to be restored for him to drive at 17. Also the Tinkler family Paul Naomi Heather and Eleanor whose 13 birthday 🎂 it was that day. A lovely gathering which greatly cheered an otherwise dreadful day.

Stay safe everyone until next time - which happens to be Sunday 15th March.

This soft old editor bounced an item from the back cover of FN 160 (which should be with you in a day or two now) and squeezed in the 16th's report.

Thanks dear kind Ed!

That means all the A40 family can read our report and see the very youthful photo - hopefully encourage a few other people to come along and join us.

next month, April will after all be Drive It Day when we had a really good turnout last year, including Ed and Sally to support us.

Reminder - meeting tomorrow at 11am at Thirsk Garden Centre and Coffee Shop at Blakey Lane Thirsk YO7 3AN.

After that next meeting will be Drive It Day, so come along and say hello - A40 not essential, just a fondness for them.
