Most Mark 2 front grilles have a total of 7 bars and were made from polished aluminium - unfortunately prone to corrosion. However a few of the early type were made of chromed steel and only the outer surround was made of aluminium. These have lasted much better and I have carefully rebuilt this one using one of the beautiful new polished aluminium surrounds that the club has had made. It is stunning.

The curved headlamp retainers have have been replaced and were laser cut from stainless steel.
Expensive? Yes and mostly because the replacement outer surrounds are so pricey. It is for sale for £350 and I would prefer collection from my place in Maidenhead (near the M4 motorway) rather than entrust it to the couriers!
