yes Easty,it is a huge event nowadays. i live 3 or 4 miles away so local to me. a huge variety of classics attend so well worth a visit on the next Bank Holiday

attended this event today,South of Leicester near to Earl Shilton. a really good event,for all Classic vehicles..and FOUR A40's in attendance all in really good condition. 3 Mk 1's and a 'E' reg Mk 2. sadly,i didn't go in Mildred,i went in my Herald convertible that i have up for sale.

i watched B&C this week Keith,last of the series i believe,and a Horizon/Black 1 owner from new A40 sold to Scotland for £3,500..but it did need a bit of work.

i watch the repeats of Heartbeat weekday's on ITV 3,sad i know :lol: ,but i love seeing the old cars etc in action.this week,there was a grey A40,reg. EYA 846C,that was in a guy's garage and Greengrass was employed to build a driveway for it.eventually the A40 was driven out through the wet concrete...
