passed my test in a Ford Fiesta 1977 iirc. only took 2 lessons..but had some driving experience in a Vauxhall Victor a Hillman Minx and an A40 already :D
passed my HGV class 1 in 1979,and my motorbike test sometime in the '70's as well!
