extraordinary Mk1 for sale

Post by Keith Bennett » 07 Jul 2023 10:27

This is a 1960 Mk1 saloon in amazing condition, having only done 17,800 cherished miles in its 63-year life. The seller is Archie, a 90-year-old Club member who says the vehicle remains in "mint condition". It has its original interior and all original bits are included in the price including a higher-ratio back axle and comprehensive manuals.

Archie, perhaps understandably given his age, now finds entry and exit too difficult despite those wide-opening doors and so has decided to sell. £7,500 ovno for everything: please call him on 01584 (West Midlands) 872395

Apologies for the indifferent images; they've been scanned from photos created from a home printer and put onto standard A4 paper.

Quite right, Sam, hence my warning about the image quality. It's either Tartan Red number One, or TR no 2.

The only pink car belongs to an ex Club member in NZ.

That engine bay is fantastic! No rust in the exhaust manifold!
