Bit windy today!

Post by Keith Bennett » 24 Nov 2024 12:00

Anybody else been out A40ying this morning? So far dodged two wheely bins making a bid for freedom, five sheets of ? insulation from a building site and splashed my way through some pretty long puddles/small lakes (due to the council not doing regular drain cleaning). At times Gab's wipers really weren't helping, and sometimes I had the uncomfortable experience of flying blind, hoping there were no mad cyclists around.

Safely back home now and nursing a pre-lunch g&t. Stay safe, folks!

Bit windy overnight again. Not heard a lot blowing about but let's see what we find when we get up! The mature Oaks in the wood behind me are waving to me a bit!

A friend of ours owned a trampoline for about an hour, it arrived in the front garden and duly departed after a short rest.

Hope your friend managed to get a few wind-blasted bounces in, before it moved on.
