I have all the "Footage detectives" recorded,a good source of period pics.
Did you notice the brkts above the front bumper and the extra rear view mirror?.I would guess it was a driving school car .Also halfway through the film the Mk1 changed to a base model black dash Mk2.good selection of vehicles in the driving segments including a parked tartan red A40.
Another film that pops up from time to time on this channel is "Ambush in Leopard street" in which an A40 is prominent.
