Thanks for all your help, just got back from looking at a car but seems to need a lot of work for the asking price I’m ok with doing work but just surprised, thought I would get something better for my budget so maybe a non-starter

I have now bought my first A40 needs some work so the fun begins ! this is where I find out I should have taken someone who knows A40s to look over the car first :lol: :lol:

Anything's fixable but upholstery can be surprisingly expensive. Good luck, and I hope you enjoyed your visit to Scotty!

Thanks, yes my visit to Scotty was fantastic, very helpful guys, and was able to have a good look at UCE13 the standard of the car is just unbelievable, back to reality now just started stripping out 😩
